Great set of lads, had car in for an MOT and a slight issue with the front, and it was fixed and back to me in 2 days ?
Diagnosed and fixed all my recent issues. Love that you get a mini valet upon collection as well.
Brought my car in for a service end of August, fuel pipe clip wasn't put back on after the fuel filter was changed, fuel pipe ended up coming off while I was doing 70mph on the A1 in peak traffic with my kid in the car, almost costing us our lives.Once the RAC came out and checked the issue, first thing they asked me was if I had any work done on the car recently and most recent work was the service. I was informed by the RAC man that the pipe was pushed back in but without the clip it would've eventually come out which is exactly what happened.Rang the garage to have this rectified, received absolutely appalling service, no apology or offer to amend the problem. Was basically told by the owner that I'm lying. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a man whose staff negligence almost cost me and my kids life. Will never use this garage again and wouldn't recommend to anyone I know and love for fear of their life.*Edit- please don't lie when you respond to reviewers. I did not refuse to provide anything, I've got it all in writing and I'm happy to provide all evidence. Along with the RAC man's name and number so you can call him a liar to his face.*
I had a full car valet here. Great job and a good price. I will be using them again.
I do not recommend this garage. They are dishonest and do not care for customers safety. I took my car to them when I was concerned over an oil pressure warning light on my dash and subsequently told it was safe to drive and an electrical fault, they claimed to have ran diagnostics but I was not given a copy of the report despite requesting one. I was sent back onto the road and my car’s engine seized at 70mph on the A1. Luckily I was able to safely navigate the vehicle to a lay-by but it could have been so much worse. They still do not accept responsibility despite being the ones to advise me that it was safe to drive and were happy to charge over £100 for labour to ‘check’ it in the first place and a further £150 to inspect it after the breakdown.Overall, they clearly show a lack of care and attention in performing important checks when determining if a vehicle is in fact safe to drive, and after my experience I will never use them again, and I would not recommend others to either.
Amazing customer service, fixed my mini promptly, had a courtesy car to use as well. To my delight, car had also been clean inside and out. Will definitely use in the future!
Great customer service and value for money. Friendly staff went above and beyond to get me booked in and fix my car at short notice; and they even washed and valeted it-thanks Europe car service, will be using you again.
Very friendly and reasonably priced garage. Would definitely recommend.
Yesterday early morning I had a tyre burst as I came over the railway crossing by this garage, so pulled in (in a flap!) What I found was polite, courteous, efficient people who instantly helped, putting on my spare so I could continue to work. I chose to leave my wheel with them and returned after work for them to refit complete with new tyre, all done with a smile and at a very reasonable cost. I would 100% recommend and will most definitely be using their services again when needed
I’ve been using this garage for years and wouldn’t consider taking my car anywhere else. Great service, great team. Highly recommend!
Always a good customer service only just let down by a employee leaving who has issues and telling me about quarrals and staff taking court action. Not needed and will still take my vehicles there as long as Richard and Yan are there
Another great experience from Jan and his team. Turbocharger and suspension arms changed in double quick time at a reasonable price. Friendly helpful staff. Definitely recommend.

Great local shop as well as petrol stop. Lady in here does little and large hampers with all different things perfect for gifts. They also are part of the "too good to go" app and I get the best ones from here! Great place!
It's taken me a while to find a good reasonable priced place to take my car fir mot service repairs ect. But I have to say this place ticks all the boxes for me.Very helpful friendly team here too.Go try them out.
I've not been yet but have done in the past. They give you a quote and every time the final cost was slightly less than the estimate and a good job done too where expensive specialised tools were needed that I or other garages didn't even have. Friendly service.
